these terms cover what juuno is, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. they're written in plain language because legal agreements that nobody reads aren't agreements.
01the deal
juuno is a horoscope app for iphone. by downloading or using juuno, you agree to these terms. if you don't, please don't use the app.
these terms incorporate our privacy policy by reference. the privacy policy identifies who operates juuno.
02your account
you must be at least 13 years old to use juuno. one account, one human. you're responsible for keeping access to your apple id secure; your juuno account lives behind it.
everything in your circle is your responsibility. when you add another person's birth details, you confirm you have a reasonable basis to do so. juuno never delivers messages on your behalf. when you add someone, the app generates a private invite link you can choose to share, or not.
03subscriptions
juuno is free to download. the daily prompt, your natal chart, the sunday reflection, and an affirmation a day are free, forever. juuno pro unlocks personalised daily and weekly reflections written through your chart, your circle of up to five people, the year-ahead transit calendar, and six home-screen widgets across every room. there are also two small one-time unlocks (no auto-renew): a month of personalised dailies, and a deeper monthly reflection. prices are set by the app store and shown in your local currency at purchase.
billing
- free trial: 3 days. you won't be charged during the trial. cancel any time before it ends and you owe nothing.
- pricing: billed by apple at the price shown on the app store, which varies by region. local taxes apply.
- auto-renew: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. cancel any time in settings → apple id → subscriptions.
- refunds: handled by apple, per the app store's published refund policy. juuno cannot issue refunds directly.

04what you promise
- to use juuno for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or decompile the app or its outputs.
- not to resell, redistribute, or pass off prompts as your own work product.
- not to add public figures, dead people, or people you don't actually know to your circle. juuno is for people in your life.
- not to use juuno to harass, stalk, or harm anyone.
05the prompts
juuno's daily prompts, weekly reflections, and affirmations are for reflection, not for decisions. they are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, therapist, lawyer, accountant, or any other licensed professional. astrology is not science.
prompts and reflections are generated using a combination of human-written prose and machine learning. they may occasionally be wrong, repetitive, or surprising. that's part of it.
do not make medical, financial, or legal decisions based on a juuno prompt. if you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a mental health helpline. in the uk, that's samaritans on 116 123.
06ip & ownership
the juuno app, its design, its written copy, the wordmark, the chart wheel, and all underlying software are protected by copyright and trademark law.
the daily prompts and chart computations generated for your account are licensed to you for personal use under a perpetual, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence. you may screenshot and share prompts for non-commercial purposes if you credit juuno.
07termination
you can stop using juuno at any time by deleting the app and cancelling your subscription. for full data deletion, settings → account → delete account, or email support@juuno.app.
we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, typically after a written warning, or immediately if the violation is severe (fraud, abuse, harm to others). on termination, sections 05, 06, 08, and 09 survive.
08liability
juuno is provided “as is”. to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly given in these terms. nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
our total aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid juuno in that period.
we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including (without limit) loss of profit, data, opportunity, or goodwill, or for decisions made in reliance on a prompt or reflection.
09changes & law
we may update these terms. material changes are announced in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. continued use after that date is acceptance.
these terms are governed by the laws of england and wales. disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the english courts, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.
if any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue in force.
that's the whole agreement. if anything here is unclear, please ask. we'll change the wording before we change the meaning.
